This page explains what data clash06.com (the "Site") encounters while visitors browse and download, how that data is used, and how visitors can understand and control these practices. The wording is kept short and factual, without claims beyond what the Site actually does.
1. Scope of Data Collection

Every page exists as a fixed file on the server; there is no registration, login, comment system, or email subscription, and no form ever asks for personal information. Like any website, the server briefly logs basic technical details when responding to requests (the requested page path, timestamp, source IP, browser identifier). These logs are used only to diagnose service issues and defend against abnormal traffic, are rotated and cleared on a regular schedule, and are never linked to any identity information.
2. Site Analytics
To understand page traffic and content popularity, the Site runs a self-hosted analytics program. What it measures is aggregate data: page views, rough regional distribution, device and browser type, and how platform tabs are switched.
This data helps answer content-planning questions like "which tutorial gets read the most" or "which platform sees more download demand." It is not used for advertising, is never sold or shared with any third party, and cannot be used to identify or track a specific individual visitor. If a browser has Do Not Track enabled or a content-blocking extension prevents the analytics script from loading, every page feature still works normally.
3. Cookies and Local Storage
The Site itself does not set any identity-tracking cookies. Local browser storage is used only in two cases: an anonymous identifier written by the analytics program to distinguish "new visit" from "repeat visit," and remembering interface state — for example, the currently selected platform tab on the download page is synced to the URL anchor so a refresh stays on the same view.
All of this data lives in the visitor's own browser and can be removed at any time using the browser's "clear browsing data" function. Removing it does not affect the normal use of any page on the Site.
4. Third-Party Links and Download Files
The clients gathered on this Site (Clash Plus, Clash Verge Rev, FlClash, and others) are independent open-source or third-party projects. Their official websites and app store pages follow their own privacy terms, unrelated to this Site. Any data interaction that happens after clicking an external link is the responsibility of the destination site.
Installer downloads offered here are routed through the Site's own distribution paths, and downloading itself does not require login or personal information. It's recommended to always get installers from this Site's download page or the official release channels of each project, rather than from unverified reposted links.
5. How Updates Are Handled
When the Site's functionality or analytics methods change, this page is revised accordingly and the "Last updated" date at the top is refreshed. Revisions are not individually announced; significant changes will be noted prominently near the top of this page. Continued use of the Site indicates awareness of the current version of this policy.
